The operations team manage various business functions, and include:

Manager Customer Operations
Responsibilities: Frontline customer services, call centre (enquiries, water orders, usage and trading), and field services (meters, compliance, customer liaison)

Manager Maintenance and Services
Responsibilities: Maintenance at dams, river structures and associated services

Manager Operations Systems
Responsibilities: Developing and resourcing operations information systems, and systems included under the Corporate Info Systems Steering Group, and SCADA.

Responsibilities: Core business activity, operations planning, water delivery, river and flood operations. Managing Customer Service Committees

Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety, serviceability and efficiency of dams and other assets.

Responsibilities: Strategic planning and management of the Information Systems team, projects and performance as well as information technology network and records.

Responsibilities: Overseeing the corporate capital program, ensuring cost effective, timely and quality delivery and support of major projects.

Responsibilities: Management of State Water employee conditions, agreements, recruitment, assistance, training, health and safety as well as workforce planning, policy and industrial relations.

Corporate Communication Co-ordinator
Responsibilities: Management of internal and external relations including communication with stakeholders, the media and Minister's Office. Co-ordination of events and brand management.
